Rahul, Priyanka meet martyrs’ families at Shamli. Pay condolences to the bereaved families.

The Congress chief Rahul Gandhi n his newly appointed general secretary sister Priyanka Gandhi alongwith another general secretary Jyotiraditya Scindia and UP Congress chief Raj Babber visited Shamli Uttar Radesh and paid tributes to the two brave hearts of CRPF who’ve sacrificed themselves in the line of duty in Pulwama on 14th February after the CRPF convoy was pre strategically hit by a car laden with 300 kg of RDX driven by the Jaish terrorist/ suicide bomber Adil Dar on the instruction of its chief Masood Azhar stationed at Bawalpur Pakistan being fully aided and abetted by the Pak Army, ISI n the current political dispensation.

Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka, Jyotiraditya Scindia n Raj Babber today visited Shamli and met the parents and children of the deceased soldiers Amit Kumar Kohli and Pradeep Kumar Prajapati and shared their concern n grief with them.

Rahul n Priyanka were closetted with the traumatised spouses of both the martyrs for half an hour and assured them of of their fullrst support and cooperation in the days to come.

Priyanka Gandhi garlended the photos of the martyrs n paid her respectful floral tributes by bowing herself in front of the martyrs pic.

While expressing her heartfelt condolences and genuine grief over the martyrdom of both these valiant soldiers Priyanka said that she is deeply shocked n grieved to learn about the sad demise of 45 soldiers in Pulwama as she herself has confronted such tragic moments when her grandmother and father were despicably killed/ martyred by the anti social n terror elements in New Delhi n Sriperumbudur.

Priyanka said not only she, her family n the Congress party is with them at the time of this grave crisis but the entire nation with 130 crores is credibly standing behind them.

Congress chief Rahul Gandhi daid they’ve comehere to be the part of yourtrauma and pain n to extend the families the gratitude of 130 crore Indians for giving the nation so brave n valiant soldiers.

Rahul interacted with the sons n fathers of the deceased and assured of all cooperation. Both Rahul n Jyotiraditya interacted with a son of Pradeep Kumar who’d just passed 12th n has to pursue career in chartered accountancy.

Hundreds of the nearby people, the passers by and the party workers gathered at the houses of these martyrs on knowing about Priyanka’s visit.

On the way Priyanka, Rahul n Jyotiraditya stopped for tea n snacks in a roadside Dhaba where she connected herself with children n women n posed for selfies with strangers.

It may be recalled that Congress chief Rahul Gandhi n Priyanka as assured n promised earlier, have neither talked on politics nor participated in any political activity since the day of Pulwama attack.

She had even cancelled her press conferences n other political engagements at Lucknow on the day of this dastardly tragedy and expressed her immense grief n condolences towards the bereaved families saying that the Congress party n the entire nation of 130 crores are standing in support of them as assured by prime minister Narendra Modi as well.
