Mahagun Group Announces Mega Retail Park In Greater Noida West

Leading Real Estate developer Mahagun Group has recently launched its new commercial project ‘Marina Walk’ in Greater Noida West. It will be a mega retail park that comprises of shopping complexes, Hotel, Office spaces, and hotel suites. The group has announced to invest Rs 600 crores to develop the commercial project.

Spread over 18,694 sq. meters of area, Marina Walk will have a total built-up area of 1.16 million sq. feet. As per the company sources, the group has decided to sell 4.3 lakh sqft of an area to other companies and rest space will be kept with them. The estimated delivery of the project will be in 2023.

Speaking at the launch of the project, Amit Jain, Director, Mahagun Group said, “In recent times, with many infrastructural developments, many homebuyers have invested in Greater Noida West. Once the Jewar Airport becomes operational, the need for retail and shopping will eventually increase. Hence we felt it’s the right time to launch a project like Marina Walk. By the time the project would be ready; the region’s population would be double or even more,”

He further said that travel and connectivity have been a long time issue that most of the homebuyers face in Greater Noida West. But with the widening of NH-24, metro connectivity, FNG Expressway, all these issues will become minimal in future. So, a commercial project like this will hit on the right eye.

The USP of the project will be its spacious stores and office spaces. Marina Walk will be home to several leading anchor stores, 14 screen multiplex, food court, hyper store, and entertainment area. “There will be more than 250 rooms in the hotel and the whole premises will be spread over 2.33 lac sqft of an area. Talking about office spaces, it will be spread over an area of 1.15 lakh sqft. The size of these spaces will vary from 700 sqft to 2000 sqft per unit.” Jain informed.
