The sitting member of Parliament of BJP from North West constituency who has been completely sidelined by not given the party nomination for the second time is badly infuriated and humiliated by the insult meted out to him by the top BJP leadership.

The prominent Punjabi singer Hansraj Hans have been given the BJP ticket this time who’ve filed nomination yesterday. Udit Raj has tweeted that it’s a direct insult of the Dalits of the country and the saffron party will have to pay a heavy price for this blunder.

In another tweet the former MP has warned the BJP leadership that he will leave the saffron party if he is denied ticket from North West Delhi. He revealed to journalists that the Congress president Rahul Gandhi had already cautioned him in parliament last month that he is in a wrong party n should immediately quit from it.

The Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejrival has also sounded him earlier that his ticket would be cut this time but he had not heeded to his warning. In one of the hindi tweet Udit Raj said: The Dalit community at the pan India level is quite furious over the delay in declaring my ticket.

If the party is not giving any heed to his request, how would the Dalits get justice in the country ? Udit Raj has posted a poster in his twitter handle asking prime minister Narendra Modi as to why his ticket has been cut despite the fact that he was the best candidate with maximum winning chances ass per the survey carried out by the agencies deputed by the BJP.

He questioned was it his fault to fight for the rights of the Dalits of the country or was it because he supported the Bharat Bandh call by Dalit organisations on 2nd April that his ticket has been cut by the party high command. According to sources Udit Raj who merged his Indian Justice Party with BJP in 2014 was not popular in the North West constituency and the party leadership felt that giving him ticket for the second time would be a risky proposition as anti incumbency was tremendous there.

The party workers and the local BJP leaders were against the re nomination of Udit Raj. His equation with BJP supremo was also not good. The Bhartiya Janata Party has denied tickets to two of its sitting MPs this time. One of Mahesh Giri desciple of the chief of Art of living n sitting MP from Rast Delhi and another ticket of Udit Raj from North West Delhi. While Mahesh Giri has not uttered a single word of protest, Udit Raj has threatened the party leadership of quitting the saffron party if he is denied the ticket.

What is most interesting thing in this entire development is that from both these constituencies the BJP high command has given tickets to political novice and celebrities of sports n entertainment world, Gautam Gambhir cricketer and singer Hans Raj Hans.
