JUNGLE RAJ IN UP, WOMAN COMMITS SELF IMMOLATION AFTER RAPE AS THE POLICE WAS’NT ARRESTING THE CULPRITS

The law and order situation has gone to dogs in Uttar Pradesh. There is a complete jungle raj with incidents of rapes, murders, child trafficking, women assaults, kidnapping for ransom on the record increase despite the incessant criminal hunting project of the saffron clad chief minister claiming tremendous success.

A state where the law maker is found involved in the rape and subsequent murder of the victim’s father through harrasment in the police station componded with hundreds of encounters of hardened criminals is today the land of women crimes where police instead of coming to the rescue of the innocent girls is rather allegedly helping, aiding and abetting the hardened criminals.

Women’s are today completely unsafe and the criminals and history sheeters’ having the fullest say. The situation about womens’ vulnerability and their being the target of criminals and rapists have assumed such an anguishing and horrible turn that they are now compelled to commit suicide by self immolating themselves in order to highlight their plight after such a horrifying death.

According to the latest incident of a horrible nature, under the jurisdiction of police station Paraaur in UP, a rape victim has committed suicide by self immolating herself, as the local police despite her repeated complaints to arrest the culprits did’nt pay any heed to her repeated agony n complaints thus allowing the criminal rapists go scot free. Her innocent fragile son also got badly burnt while trying to save her mother.

The victim succumbed to her injuries on Thursday night. The woman was suffering from Tuberculosis and was the victim of the quack treating her alongwith two others. According to the details of the case the quack named Vinay was called on 18th August to her house at 9 PM by the victim for injecting the TB injections and medicines.

The quack raped the woman forcibly and the matter was reported to the local police the other day when her husband came back home from Delhi where he was on the job. It has been reported that the police took no action against the quack and instead she started getting threatenings from the accused. Two other bad elements of the village used to assault her constantly.

Feeling highly demoralised and desperate the victim committed suicide by sprinkling kerosene on her and lightening the match stick. Her son also got burnt while trying to save her. As per the news reports and S Chennappa, SP, the CO of Jallallaabad Shiv Prasad Dubey has taken the statement of the victim’s husband and the case has been registered against the quack Vinay as well as the erring police officials so that the culprits of this brutal case are brought to justice at the earliest.
