TV actress Ankita Lokhande to make Bollywood debut with Kangana Ranaut’s Film Manikarnika

Mumbai, July3: The Television show Pavitra Rishta fame Ankita Lokhande, is all set to make her Bollywood debute. She will make her debut with Kangana Ranaut in Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi.

The gorgeous lady will be seen playing the role of Jhalkaribai the one rose through the ranks in Rani Laxmibai’s army to become a prominent advisor.

After ruling the small screen as Archana Karanjkar in Ekta Kapoor’s long-running tele-soap, Pavitra Rishta, She will be seen asLaxmiBai’s right hand in her Bollywood debut.

However, the actress finally confirmed the news in a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror. “I’d never heard of her before, not many have, but Jhalkaribai was one of the greatest heroes of our proud history. I’m honored that I’ll be telling her story to the world, fighting alongside Kangana’s Rani Laxmibai,” the actress added.

Ankita was lately in news after her breakup with actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
