A four year child Kashish Rawat went missing from her Sector 22 house in Noida, Uttar Pradesh on 12th May 2016 and since then despite several demonstrations at Jantar Mantar, Delhi and Noida in front of SSP office and the concerned police station including knocking the doors of Union Minister Home Rajnath Singh, the then chief minister Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav, his member of parliament wife Dimple Yadav and all the member of parliaments of Uttarakhand viz Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, union state minister Ajay Tamta, Pradeep Tamta and the UPCC(i) chief and MP Raj Babber nothing fruitful has been acheived till date.

The women child activist Kusum Kandwal Bhatt, the Uttarakhand Ekta Manch and Uttarakhand Journalists Forum have also energised their best efforts to meet the authorities concerned but of no avail. The local television channels of Uttarakhand and newspapers also highlighted the issue through debates and news coverages umpteen times but of no avail. The matter is very much in the knowledge of the Noida police from bottom to top but even after the lapse of one and a half year the police and the crime branch of the state has not been able to crack the case.

The poor and hapless parents of 4 year old Kashish, now six years are in the state of shock and trauma. The issue of Kashish Rawat’s mysterious disappearence has been highlighted in facebook and twitter umpteen times which acknowledged hundreds of shares and went viral but the Noida police authorities are still clueless about Kashish. Sounds shocking that despite repeated reminders, several letters and memorandums and personal meetings with the policehigh ups and politicians including the state CMs n union home minister the syate and central police authorities are totally negligent and helpless to trace the mysteriously missing / kidnapped child from his Noida house one and a half year ago.

The mysterious disappearence of Kashish Rawat seems to be the handiwork of the professional gangs of child traffickers active in Uttar Pradesh and NCR. Since the day this innocent child went missing several high profile cases have been solved with criminals behind the bar but it seems that Kashish being the daughter of the poor and non influential parents even the political high ups and police of Noida is not showing any interest, whatsoever, to trace this innocent girl despite 18 months having been elapsed. Uttarakhand Journalists Forum appeals to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Aditya Nath to take suo moto of the matter and help trace this missing girl at the earliest.
