Prof. Bijay Kumar Patra

Mr. Bijay Kumar Patra is a veteran academician and historian. He has retired after holding the positions of a Lecturer and Reader in various colleges in Odisha. He is a teacher par excellence having imparted knowledge to a multitude of students in both professional and personal capacities. He is widely admired by his students and colleagues for his accurate, deep and vast knowledge of the entire historical spectra. Though he is fond of many finer things of life, he is madly passionate about his home library, where he is usually found deeply immersed in a book. He sometimes contributes his wisdom through his articles which are lapped up and published in various print and digital industry journals.
