BJP MP n MLA thrash each other with shoes in an official meeting making mockery of the party
A live vedio is going viral in the social media as well as in various televison channels of the country showing a member of parliament and an MLA of the ruling BJP party abusing n manhandling each other in a meeting in the presence of the depatmental officials and the police officers thus making mockery of the saffron party in the electronic n the print media of the country.
The live vedio of the controvertial episode is taking the rounds in the facebook, whatsapp, twitter n the television channels of the country, ridiculing their own party BJP which claims itself to be one of the most desciplined political party under the efficient leadership of charismatic prime minister Narendra Modi.
According to the live vedio the member of parliament of Sant Kabir Nagar in Uttar Pradesh in a meeting raised strong objection n became furious when the lawmaker of his party BJP Rakesh Singh defied the protocol n did not added him name in an inauguration plate of an implemented work/ project in Mehdawal legislative constituency.
When the MP Sharad Tripathi argued in the meeting questioning the concerned engineer about the mistake, the MLA shouted on the MP saying that he should talk to him as it’s him ( Rakesh Singh ) has not included the MP’s name in the inauguration plate not the engineer concerned. He angrily questioned the MP Sharadh Tripathi: Who are you?
This infuriated the MP who in anger retorted : I have made several MLAs like you allegedly abusing him.
Meanwhile the member of parliament Sharad Tripathi got up and started punching the MLA with his shoes/slippers in the presence of several local political leaders, employees n engineers.
The police officials/ securitymen had to intervene n resolve the issue after geat efforts amid abuses n counter abuses.
Both the MP n the MLA belong to the ruling Bhartiya Janata Party. While the fisticuffs continued some of those present in the meeting captured the entire sequence of the incident in theirmobiles including the electronics media channels.
Such unruly behaviour has often been witnessed in state assemblies n even in parliament but the one that happened today in the Sant Kabir Nagar district’s meeting has really brought a bad name to the Bhartiya Janta Party which also unambiguously explain about the intercine squabbles within the ruling party leaders n ranks.
