Priyanka Chopra

We can’t help but think of Priyanka when it comes to Desis in Hollywood. In a career spanning almost 20 years, the former Miss World, played many spectacular roles in Hindi cinema and now even has a worthy list of Hollywood projects under her name.

The national award winning actress became the first South Asian to have a leading role in an American Television show when she starred in the thriller series Quantico in 2015.
Priyanka made her Hollywood movie debut in 2017 with ‘Baywatch’ opposite Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson.
Though the actress has settled down a bit after her marriage with Nick Jonas last year, Priyanka still has a lot of projects, both Hollywood and Bollywood lined up.

Irrfan Khan

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Another former Miss World, another star of international presence… but she needs no introduction!
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has an impressive number of roles under her name started her international career with Gurinder Chadha’s ‘Bride and Prejudice’ opposite Martin Henderson in 2004. The movie was a commercial success and then there was no looking back for Aishwarya. Over the years, the actress has starred in numerous International projects alongside well-known actors such as The Last Legion (with Ben Kingsley and Colin Firth) in 2007 and The Pink Panther 2 (with Steve Martin) in 2009.

The veteran Bollywood actor has been a part of many international projects and is a well-known name in Hollywood too. He has been a part of movies like ‘Bend it like Beckham’ 2002, ‘The Silver Linings Playbook’ 2013 and ‘The Big Sick’ 2017, which was coincidentally his 500th film.

Om Puri

Another veteran actor, another long list of projects of international fame –
Om Puri started his international career way back in 1984 when he starred in ‘The Jewel in the Crown’, an English television series.
He has acted in dozens of Hollywood projects such as City of Joy, Such a Long Journey, East is East, Charlie Wilson’s War, The Hundred Foot Journey and Academy Award-winning Gandhi directed by Richard Attenborough.
