BSNL offers free data and unlimited calling plan in just Rs 99 per month
On Friday BSNL has also announced that they will give unlimited calling for its prepaid customers along with some other services like free data usage. This step is seen as a great competition to the Reliance Jio but the only glitch is that you have to pay Rs99 per month to avail free unlimited calling and Internet data.
This offer is applicable for local and STD calls with 300 MB free data in just Rs 99 with validity of 28 days.
The Rs 99 offer would be available in Kolkata TD, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Gujrat, MP, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra & Rajasthan. In other cities Package will change from Rs 119 to Rs149.
Not just this BSNL has also launched a new combo by the name STV which will give unlimited local and STD BSNL to any network with 1 GB Internet data for Rs 339 only with validity of 28 days on pan India basis.
Currently BSNL is giving its 3G services with package of Rs 1099 with 30 days validity. The Director of BSNL consumer mobility, RK Mittal said that the offered tariff by BSNL is most competitive and is also committed to provide affordable and excellent services to its esteemed customers.
The other telecom operators like Idea and Airtel also launched new schemes offering similar services of providing free calling and data plans with validity of 28 days but did not crate much hype in the market as the Reliance Jio is giving good speed in 4G with free voice calling and has also extended its services from December to 31st March which has made the situation more tougher for the other players in the telecom industry.
