👉 Ashok Khade is one of the rare personalities that have transformed from extreme poverty to take the world in his stride.

👉 His struggle began since childhood as his family of 6 would sleep on a hungry stomach.

👉 Then, his father decided to get a better job. So he came down to Mumbai & became a cobbler.

👉 Ashok strongly believed that education was the way out of their extreme poverty.

🤵Ashok continued his studies at a govt school & somehow completed graduation despite all the hurdles. His brother was supportive throughout.

🔺He decided to work as an apprentice in the dock & was offered training in ship designing & painting. From designing ships to being in the quality control dept, his career took off.

🔺When he got an opportunity to visit Germany, he observed the world-famous German technology. He then realized his own potentials & got a clear understanding of his goal in life.

🚢 Back in India, he launched his own firm along with his brother which was named Das Offshore Engineering Pvt Ltd.

🔺Today he is one of the biggest industrialists in India, having an annual turnover of Rs 500 crore & employs about 4500 people.

🔺His company built Mumbai’s first skywalk & specializes in fabrication work on the offshore platform.
