Car Launches In India: 5 New Cars To Rev Your Life

1. MG Hector diesel: MG Motor India refreshed the rates of its BS6 pliant Hector petrol car recently. The company has also advertised the prices for its BS6 Hector diesel car starting at the rate of Rs 13.88 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The mentioned cost is for the Style variant. Meanwhile the Super, Smart, and Sharp variants are available for Rs 14.88 lakh, Rs 16.32 lakh, and Rs 17.72 lakh, respectively. The updated prices also saw an increase of Rs 40,000-Rs 45,000 depending on the model. The BS6 Hector diesel is now in the market across all MG Motor dealerships in India.

2. Maruti Suzuki CelerioX: Maruti Suzuki India quietly renewed the CelerioX with the new emission norms. It has been launched at a prize of 4.90 lakh. It complies with the latest BS6 emission norms. The price starts at Rs 4.90 lakh and goes out at Rs 5.67 lakh. Other than the upgraded BS6 engine, the CelerioX is the same in terms of design and aesthetics. Maruti Suzuki guarantees the efficiency of the engine and promises a mileage of 21.63 kmpl.

3. Bolero BS6: Mahindra and Mahindra company has introduced its new model of Bolero car BS6 in India. Its value is estimated at an opening price of Rs 7.76 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Mahindra Bolero is one of the greatest selling vehicles of this auto-maker in the country. It is also quite popular in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns. Apart from a more powerful engine, the 2020 Mahindra Bolero BS6 gets crisp exterior as well as interior upgrades. Mahindra Bolero has a BS6-compliant, 1.5-litre, mHAWK75 diesel engine which powers it. The motor is connected to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The SUV has a 60-liter fuel tank. The safety features, driver and co-driver seat belt reminder, and reverse parking sensors are standard in the new model.

4. Volkswagen T-Roc: The new Volkswagen T-Roc 2020 was launched earlier in March. This car has a BS6-compliant and 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine. This hot new model poses a challenge for the big cars like Jeep Compass and Hyundai Tucson. It is valued at a price of 19.99 lakhs, on the higher side as compared to the others I have mentioned. Nonetheless, it boasts of a sporty layout and features. The LED taillamps, roof rails, alloy wheels, and the coupe-style roof add a modern touch to the vehicle. It has six color options available all of which are stylish dual-toned!

5. 2020 Hyundai Verna (facelift): Hyundai India made a quiet move of introducing their new Verna facelift on their website. The new version is also a complaint with new BS6 emission norms. The base price is set to start from 9.30 lakh (ex-showroom India, petrol car). This will go up to 15.09 lakh (ex-showroom India, diesel automatic variant). The pre-bookings for this newer car have already started for a put-down cost of Rs 25,000 across all Hyundai dealerships in India. Hyundai India will announce the delivery date for the 2020 Hyundai Verna facelift once things start to go back to normal.
