While the Bhartiya Janata Party led BJP government at the Centre has declared lots of sops in its interim budget for 2018 n 19 right from doubling the income tax limit from 2.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs compounded with direct transfer of Rs 6000 in the bank accounts of farmers owning up to 2 hectares of land n pension of 3 thousand to the workers of unorganised sector not caring for the excessively increasing fiscal deficit, the BJP supremo Amit Shah as well as the chief of its ideological cultural organisation Mohan Bhagwat are still propagating the Ram Mandir construction issue to the hilt in all their pre election rallies n religious congregations like Dharam Sansad to ensure that maximum political advantage is derived in terms of polarised hindu votes at the pan India level. This has been aptly substantiated in two recent political rallies n religious congregations addressed by Amit Shah and Mohan Bhagwat at Dehradun Tri Shakti Sammelan as well as in the Dharam Sansad at Prayagraj attented by saffron clad seers from all over the country. Both the right wings top leaders have openly assured the rank and file of the governments commitment to construct a splended temple ( Bhavya Mandir) in Ayodhya at all costs, in the coming few months and have requested the seers, saints n Ram Temple protagonists to give the BJP led NDA and prime minister Narendra Modi one more chance in 2019 to finally built the temple after coming to power in 2019. Everybody in the country know as to how the BJP has been fooling the hindu organisations n billions of protagonists of Ram Temple since 1992 after the demolition of the Babri Masjid resulting in number of fatal riots all over the country. The BJP has since then come to power four times but the issue of Ram Temple is to square one. Presently the matter is in the Apex Court of India n hence subjudice. But despite the matter being fulky subjudice the BJP, VHP, various rekigious congregations of the seers at the pan India level are raising the issue tooth n nail uniting peoole on religious lines from Lucknow to Delhi to Prayagraj, knowing very well that nithing can be dine in this regard except honouring the Supreme court’s verdict on this vexed issue as and when it arrives at the behest of the 5 judge bench under the ledership of the chief justice of India. If we systematically analyse the various developments of the polarisation process of the majority community votes by the saffron party since it came to power various immoral n arbitrary alleged attempts have been made in the name of eating habits, cow vigilantism preceded by the three decades old Ram Temple issue allegedly targetting a particular community. There have been attempts to misguide and misled the peoole in the name of bringing ordinance to construct Ram Temple in Ayodhya but when all this failed an attempt to grant 10% reservation to the forward castes in govt jobs n educational institutions was fructified through a legislation that was passed by both houses of parliament and finally signed by the president of India. The crux of the issue is that as per the various opinion polls in the country the BJP led NDA was shown in a downward sliding trend losing majority of the votes in the Hindi heartland states including UP as well as North East particularly Assam as majority of the dalits, OBCs, students, farmers, women n youths including the North East people who’ve gone against it due to various reasons such as demonetisation, GST, unemployment, Rafale, agrarian crisis n the recent bill against minorities on citizenship. The formidable BSP SP alliance in UP n Priyanka Gandhi’s active plunge in the national politics are some of the prominent reasons and factors that compelled BJP led NDA government to bring a populist budget in order to impressed the various classes, sections n catagories of the society at the pan india level. The recent loss of three govts in three hindi heartland states has also politically demoralused the top BJP leadership to a great extent. Despite all this the fragmented national opposition though trying to come together in the shape of a mahagathbandhan of 22 parties is also a reason that worries prime minister Narendra Modi n the NDA. However, the fact remains that despite coming down in numbers the BJP led NDA will still be a sigle largest opposition set up with the Mahagathbandhan partners to come to a negotiating table to choose their single leader to manage aftermath coalition to rule the nation if they are really honest, seriously. The interim budget’s pro peoole declarations n 10% reservation to the forward castes in jobs n education compounded with the Ram Mandir issue which guarantees a massive polarisation things seem to still go in favour of Narendra Modi though from a wafer thin majority angle.
