The former chief minister of Jammu n Kashmir n leader of National Conference Dr. Farooq Abdullah has said today that Lord Rama did not belonged to any particular sectt but is the God of all.

Dr. Abdullah accused the saffron party BJP of always misusing the name of Lord Rama for achieving political power but never fulfilling the demand after achieving power.

He catagorically said that he will also add a brick if the construction of Ram Temple fructifies and if Hindus allow him to do so by not cleaning the temple, obviously referring to the Sabrimala episode where the entire temple was cleaned/ washed after two women entered it few days ago.

Dr. Farooq Abdullah was responding to ANI after the Supreme Court postponed its next hearing for 10th January to be handled by the new three judge bench after the retirement of the former CJI who headed the earlier three judge bench.

It may be recalled that in a recent interview to ANI telecast by all the electronics media channels of the country, the prime minister Narendra Modi favored the apex court’s judgement on Ram Temple construction as and when the judgement arrives than to bring a legislation on the issue as demanded by VHP, RSS, Shiv Sena n other hindu offshoots.

The entire progressive lobby of the country favors the Ram Temple verdict of Supreme Court irrespective of the delay whereas the sant samaj n majority of the right wingers favor legislation/ ordinance route on Ram Temple construction.

Dr. Farooq Abdullah said: the vexed Ram Temple issue should be settled amicably out of court n Ram Temple build but unfortunately the BJP has always misused it to achieve power n positions than actually fulfilling the demand. What’s your take friends?
