Gautam Gambhir has an edge in East Delhi seat. Likely to get advantage of division of votes between AAP n Cong

The new comer in politics and the cricketer turned BJP’s parliamentary candidate Gautam Gambhir who is leaving no stone unturned to reach his voters in the East Delhi parliamentary constituency fighting against the Congress party’s former Delhi chief n ministervin Shiela Dikshit government Arvinder Singh Lovely and AAP’s educationist Atishi Marlena today expressed his heartfelt sorrow and grief over the diabolical naxal attack at Gadchiroli in Maharashtra and condemned the incident in strongest possible terms.

In a tweet he wrote: Strongly condemn the # naxal attack in Maharashtra today. We need severe measures against the perpetrators but also need some long term solution. Gautam Gambhir is acknowledging the widespread support of curious young voters including the traditional hard core BJPites.

He is primarily banking on the votes of Modi charisma say sources. Gandhi is quite enthusiastic n extremely energetic trying his best to reach out to maximum voters despite the hard fact that he is a political novice and a new comer in an election fray. But his advantage is being the candidate from Safron party having grass root workers and lot of money n other kind of support neccesary for enticing voters.

On the other hand Congress party’s Arvinder Singh lovely and AAP’s Aatishi Marlena too are extremely popular and are known for their developmental works and well read back ground.

Atishi had been active in East Delhi for more than six months n had been banking on the AAP government’s outcome on health, education, water n electricity fronts whereas Arvinder Singh Lovely is reminding the electorates of the infrastructural development like flyovers, Metro n successful completion of common wealth games in East Delhi.

East Delhi constituency being the stronghold of minority vote bank having 16 to 18% voyes, both AAP n Congress are eying on this largest n committed chunk of votes which remains to be seen as to which way it goes enblock.

However the Bhartiya Janata Party is banking on post Pulwama situation compounded with Modi charisma n several new projects worth crores in the offing. Gautam Gambhir being a celebrated cricketer having intrumental in bagging two world cup for the Indian cricket team has the additional advantage of being in the hearts of the people n the first n foremost choice of the youngsters and the women.

Political analysts say that keeping in view the above analysis BJP n Gautam Gambhir does has an adge over the opposition candidates.

The possible split in the anti BJP vote bank also makes things better for the BJP in trans Yamuna constituency and so in other six parliamentary seats of Delhi.
