Healthy Yogurt Smoothies for Breakfast
Breakfast Energy Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen berries (or mixed fresh)
Let’s shake it.
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high until it becomes smooth.
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh squeezed or bottled orange juice
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Assorted fresh berries for topping, optional
Let’s shake it.
Put all ingredients, except berries, into a blender
Process until it becomes smooth.
Pour into glasses and top it with fresh berries.
Strawberry Pomegranate Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 pints nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
- 4 Lipton white tea with blueberry & pomegranate flavor pyramid tea bag
Let’s shake it.
Pour boiling water over Lipton White Tea with Blueberry & Pomegranate Flavor Pyramid Tea Bags
Cover and brew 5 minutes. Then, remove the Tea Bags and squeeze.
Now, add sugar and stir until it gets dissolved. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
Process the tea mixture with remaining ingredients in a blender until it becomes smooth.
Then, serve immediately.
