Hero Realty To Invest Rs.900 Crore In Its Debut Project On Dwarka Expressway

The Hero Realty is all set to make an entry in the property market of national capital Delhi and its adjoining cities of NCR [National Capital Region]. The group plans to make an investment of worth Rs.900-crore to build a premium residential project on Dwarka Expressway. This project will take four years-time for completion.

The Hero Realty is a subsidiary company of Hero Enterprise that is headed by Sunil Kant Munjal. The company has delivered various projects successfully in Haridwar and few are currently ongoing in Mohali and Ludhiana. Also, the construction and marketing of these projects are being done under the banner of Hero Homes.

The project located at Sector 104, on Dwarka Expressway is named as Hero Homes – World of Wellness and covers 9-acre of area. Also, this is the first project of Hero Realty in the national capital Delhi.

The company launched 300-flats in its first phase and Nagaraju Routhu, CEO of the company said that they will construct about1,000 flats in this project. The starting price for dwelling units in Hero Homes – world of wellness is Rs.68 lakhs. Apart from this, the housing project also has a dedicated 85% area for greenery and other space is designed efficiently to make proper utilization of space.

The apartments range between sizes from 1,100 sq. ft. to nearly 1,700 sq ft. and the funds for the construction of the same will be managed by the advance collected from the clients and through internal accruals.
