House of Hiranandani celebrates Kite flying festival with fun and fervour

Bangalore, January 14, 2020: House of Hiranandani celebrated a Kite Flying Festival at its Bannerghatta Township for the first time as part of the Makar Sankranti festival. The highlight of the celebration was the release of over 3000 balloons in the sky in the evening hours. More than 700 kites were sourced from the local market for the celebration which was open for all. The festival, considered to be an auspicious occasion, brought together people from diverse backgrounds and different age groups to beautify the skyline with colorful soaring kites in the air and it was also a reason for their infinite fun and happiness. Along with kite flying, the venue also turned into a small carnival with kite-making workshops, flea market, food trucks, caricature artists, children’s fun corner and many other exciting and engaging activities.
