Prime minister Narendra Modi has today while addressing the Bhartiya Janata Party’s parliamentary commttee meeting very unambiguously sent a message within and outside the saffron party, particularly to the party leaders who’s sons are being promoted and sheltered in the party fold to commit grave blunders by strongly saying that all the erring sons of politicians active in the party should be shown the door.
He catagorically warned that even if the son of any member of parliament or minister commits such ugly acts the party will not tolerate at any cost.
This reference was in the context of the erring son politician, MLA from Madhya Pradesh Akash Vijayvargiya whose controvertial father Kailash Vijayvargiya is the national general secretary of BJP and observer Bengal BJP.
The prime minister has however not named him directly but given a clear hint that such ugly and criminal acts by these proudy and power hungry sons of BJP leaders will not be tolerated in future.
PM Modi has specifically said that these sons should be immediately ousted from the party.
It may be recalled that Akash Vijayvargiya, lawmaker from Indore on BJP ticket had just a few days ago openly in broad day light and in full media glare alongwith his supporters weilding the cricket bats thrashed the Indore municipal corporation officials who had gone in a residential area to demolish an old dilapidated building with cracks since it was a great risk for those living in it.
The alleged decision to demolish few such buildings was taken in unanimity after a meeting in which MLA Akash was also present.
The incident of the beating of Indore municipal officials by cricket bat through MLA Akash and his supporters was repeatedly aired in all the media channels of the country but instead of repenting or regretting for his arbitrary act, Akash was seen giving statements that what he has done was apt and in public interest.
The BJP has to face ugly situation due to this undesirable act at the state as well as at the central level.
The stuation of BJP in the media and at pan India level became so insulting that the prime minister has to intervene as a trouble shooter by directing indirectly the party high command to show the door to such disgruntled youth leaders and sons of all the BJP politicians.
The father of the erring youngest MLA of Madhya Pradesh Vijayvargiya instead of repenting or seeking apology has taken the side of his son’s criminal acts and said that it’s just a small incident blown out of proportion as the civic officials of Indore are proudy and adamant who never hear and seek cooperation of the leaders and public representatives.
Now since the prime minister has openly and very clearly issued directions in his speech to throw such disgruntled party leaders out of the BJP, it remains to be seen what action does the party high command initiates against MLA Akash Vijay Vargiyaand many such politician sons of other BJP leaders.
Akash was arrested for his criminal acts but has now got the bail and is out of jail.
