The prime minister Narendra Modi’s announcement that there is no question of introducing any ordinance on Ram Temple till the final verdict arrives on this vexed issue by the Supreme Court has stirred the hornest’s nest once again as the BJP’s fountain head , the guiding father and main inspiration Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh n its top leadership has openly challenged the BJP led NDA government by saying that Ram Mandir construction imbroglio should be resolved before the general elections of 2019 as the saffron party climbed to power with a historic majority on the hope that the BJP let NDA government will fulfill the aspiration of Ram Bhakts who’d been demanding Ram Temple for the last 26 years after the demolition of the Babri Mosque in 1992.

In an interview given to the ANI yesterday televised by all the news channels prime minister Narendra Modi unambiguously said that the BJP had in its election menifesto made it absolutely transparent that it will fulfil the Ram Temple construction issue under the jurisdiction of the apex court and now since the matter is lying there – let the court complete its legal ( judicial) process.

It’s only after the supreme court gives its final judgement will the government take up its responsibility (thereafter). He criticized the Congress governments of intentionally creating obstacles in the way of Ram Temple construction process and charged them of deliberately delaying this vexed issued.

Modi asked the Congress lawyers fighting the case on behalf of their party in the apex court to stop creating bottlenecks in the process in order to pave the way for early resolution of the Ram Temple construction matter saying that it is essential to maintain peace, amity n tranquility in the society.

However, the RSS leadership, Shiv Sena and the entire hindu offshoots of Bhartiya Janata Party are not happy, furious and completely dissatisfied with PM Modi’s statement and are asking for settling this issue before the general election saying that its already too late thus playing with n hurting the sentiments of the majority community who’d been longing for the construction of Ram Temple for the last more than two n a half decades.

However, the prime minister Narendra Modi’s stand on the Ram Temple issue exhibiting complete faith in the highest court of the land has disturbed the non BJP opposition parties who’d been thinking that the union government would err by taking the ordinance route to give them an opportunity to castigate the former but it did’nt happened.

By bringing the triple talaq bill first n now given the apex court the upper hand despite facing opposition n pressure from the Shiv Sena, RSS n the various hindu offshoots right at the time when national elections are round the corner, Modi has proved more like a strong n flamboyantly secular PM  instead of adopting a dilly dailing stand on Ram Temple. His clear assertion that the law of the land would take its own course than adopting the ordinance route knowing very well that his stand may disenchant the RSS n other hindu offshoots prime minister Modi seems to be of the opinion that Ram Temple issue has lost its saturation point and is no more a vote catcher slogan.

This statement / stand of the PM has infact disenchanted millions of saffron clad Saints, the VHP, RSS, Shiv Sena n the likes of Bajrang Dal and Hindu Vahini etc.

It may be recalled that since the demolition of the Babri Mosque in 1992 the Bhartiya Janaya Party has always banked on the Ram Mandir issue and had been winning the elections in states and at the centre but never had it been capable or successful in fulfilling this demand despite the fact that it involves the sentiments of crores of Hindus of the country.

Lakhs of saints n hard core hindus have congregated in Delhi twice and in Lucknow as well including the UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s announcement of building a 180 feet statue of Lord Rama in Ayodha worth more than 300 crores pressurising the union government to bring ordinance on Ram Temple construction but it seems that the prime minister Narendra Modi’s statement giving the apex court total vindication n his commitment to follow the law of the land than falling in the trap of these Hard core Hindu Chauvinists despite himself being a devout Hindu n RSSite has disturbed the entire strategy and game plan of the RSS, Shiv Sena, VHP n other devout hindu organisations fighting for the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya relentlessly for the last several decades. What impact would it put on 2019 elections after recently losng the three heartland states, is anybodys’ guess? However conclusively one can say that the PM’s stand on Ram Temple exhibiting full faith in the apex court’s jurispudence has  shattered the strategy n aspirations  of RSS, Shiv Sena n other hindu outfits in the context of Ram Temple construction in Ayodhya.
