Prominent Punjabi n Bollywood singer Diler Mehandi joined BJP Says : Ache Din have indeed arrived under Modi rule ?

Eminent Punjabi n bollywood singer n rock star Diler Mehandi, earlier considered to be in close proximity to the Congress party, having even campaigned for Congress candidates in Delhi elections in 2014 n prior to it in MCD polls, has joined the Bhartiya Janata Party today in a function organised by the BJP n addressed by the union minister n former Delhi BJP chief Vijay Goel.

Highly praising prime minister Narendra Modi and expressing immense faith in his leadership, Diler Mehandi said: the ACHE Din have infact arrived during the former’s tenure of past five years.

Sources reveal that Diler Mehandi would be extensively campaigning for the saffron party during these election, especially in Punjab.

It may be recalled that just recently the proment Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan and one more had joined BJP n have been given tickets from Gorakhpur and an other seat by the saffron party.

Prominent Punjabi singer Hans Raj Hans has also joined BJP three days ago n had been fielded from North West reserve seat inlieu of the sitting BJP MP Udit Raj who later on joined Congress at the invitation of Rahul Gandhi blaming the BJP as anti Dalit.

Popular cricketer Gautam Gambhir too has joined BJP last week who’d been fielded on BJP ticket from East Delhi.

In addition, eminent Bollywood actress Jaya Prada who had been SP MP from Rampur was also accepted into the BJP’s fold n given ticket from Rampur against the former’s old colleague Azam Khan, currently at loggerheads with her over the latter’s highly indignifying remarks against Jaya.

Similarly, vetran actor of Bollywood, Dharmendra’s son Sunney Deol too was addmitted in BJP by party supremo Amit Shah and fielded on the saffron party ticket from a constituency in Punjab or elsewhere, not sure.

BJP has so far given tickets to three members of this Bollywood family viz Dharmendra from Rajasthan, Hema Malini from Mathura and Sunny Deol too.

Hema is contesting for second time from Mathura parliamentary constituency and her chances seems to be bright.

BJP seems to have gone the Congress way which once had popular actors like Sunil Dutt n Rajesh Khanna on its rolls having represented in Lok Sabha from Delhi and Mumbai. As BJP has fielded cricketer Gautam Gambhir from East Delhi the Congress party has fielded Bronze winner Boxer in Oympics.Vijender Singh as its candidate from South Delhi.

In the past it had two prominent actors viz Shatru n Vinod Khanna who’d also been union minister inAtalBehari Vajpayee’s cabinet. While Shatru has joined Congress and is contesting from Patna Sahibhis wife Poonam is fighting on SP ticket from Lucknow against BJP’s Rajnath Singh. Vinod Khanna isno more having died of liver cancer.
