I don’t know if this is true or not, but revenge movies sure are the best. Victims forged into cold-hearted killers, plots as think as the blood running down the streets, revenge movies are a great dose of excitement, adventure, and heartfelt tales.
While we are stuck at home counting down days till freedom, let’s list down the best revenge movies ever made.
Inglorious Bastards: An amazing addition to Quentin Tarantino’s canvas of films, Inglorious Bastards has all the elements of a good revenge plot. If you want to see some fascist numbskulls get what they deserve, this is the movie for you.

Oldboy: This one has been considered a classic modern revenge story. With some really gross excision scenes and taboo sexual themes, this Korean piece will keep you glued to your seats.
I Saw The Devil: It is like a movie that keeps on giving. With not one, not two, but multiple revenge scenes, this is a sure winner for those who can sit for 2.5 hours! This movie also teaches you to never mess with someone with a secret-agent for their husband.
The Princess Bride: “My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.” It is as simple as this. It has a 97% rating on rotten tomatoes for reason. It has romance, comedy and the perfect dose of revenge. Watch and be enchanted!
