RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat cautions government not to test the sentiments of Hindus. Calls to bring ordinance on Ram temple construction.
The politics of polarisation of hindu votes is gearing up and the pressure on the union government led by prime minister Narendra Modi to bring a legislation or an ordinance in the coming winter session prior to the genetal election of 2019 is also gearing momentum as the fountain head of the saffron party in the ruling, the RSS chief has amply made it clear in his Nagpur address that that the time has come when peoples’ tolerence for Ram Temple in Ayodhya has crossed saturation point and that nothing short of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya through a law will assuage the feelings of crores of hindus who had been longing for the Lord Rama temple in the 67 acre site given to the majority community at the disputed site. The former law minister and the vocifetous BJP MP Subramaniam Swamy has also criticized the incumbent government for having failed on this ground and is trying to prolong this vexed issue thus throwing to winds its pre poll promise. Dr. Subramaniam Swamy openly sided with the RSS chief and and dittoed his statement that merely constructing the highest Ram Statue worth of 350 crores as assured by the saffron clad CM of UP will not do but construction of Ram Temple is the only and final solution to resolve the issue once for all. The Rashtriya Swayam Sewak chief who had till now been too friendly and at peace with the Narendra Modi government seems to be in a direct confrontation with the latter, not willing at all to accept anything less than a law on the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. It is in a way a direct threat to the union government led by BJP prime minisyer Narendra Modi on the lines of the SHIV Sena chief who’ve openly accused prime minister Modi for delayong the Mandir construction by belying the trust of billions of people of the country and sleeping a Kumbhkarni neend for four years even breaking the record of the Ramayana era KUMBHAKARNA who used to sleep for just six months. The tempers in Ayodhya and rest of the country are very high as far as the question of construction of Ram Mandir goes and it remains to be seen whether the government led by a devout hindu prime minister Narendra Modi really honours the commitment of billions of Hindus of the country or just skips this significant issue dear to his traditional electorates. It remains to be seen whether prime minister Narendra Modi whose party’s primary agenda is construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya brings the ordinance on this vexed issue for its permanent resolution by constructing a Ram Temple in Ayodhya as demanded by the RSS and Shiv Sena including the Saints parliament in.New Delhi ot confronts the consequences by its own saffron outfits in the days and months to come before the declaration of the final dates of the general election in 2019. The non BJP opposition parties have in the meanwhile opposed the BJP and its political off shoots’ demand for construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya as an ill concieved notion to polarise the hindu vote banks in the name of religion and accused of sidelining the real issues concerning the overall welfare and development of the people of the country at large. What’s your take friends?
