The one time Bollywood villain turned controvertial politician, former union minister during Vajpayee’s tenure and now the BJP member of parliament from Patna Sahib, Bihar Shatrughan Sinha is in no mood to relent and is busy firing one after the other Salvos’ against the party high command and the BJP led NDA government thus playing the role ofthe bitterest opponent within the saffron party making things easier for the arch BJP political rivals, particularly the Congress Party.

Just a few days ago Shatru has while defying the party norms as usual attended the JAN ADHIKAR RALLY of the BJP and prime minister’s bitter political rival and critics AAP and shared the stage with the Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival, AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, former Union Minister Yashwant Singh and others and publicly lauded the health, education and door to door delivery policies of the Delhi government to the utter dismay, shock and surprise of his party leadership.

Few months ago Shatru had slammed the prime minister while he was on the foreign tour in the midst of the parliament session tweeting that the heavens would have not fallen down had the prime minister gone on the foreign trip after the parliament session.

As a sequel to his ongoing criticism of the BJP leadership and the government the actor turned politician and Patna Sahab MP had again taken the courage by toeing the anti BJP opposition line and while highly lauding the Indian army and its brave soldiers terming it as the best Army in the world for valour, dedication and utmost professionalism castigated the government for downsizing the army without furnishing facts and figures and in the name of cost cutting.

Shatrughan Sinha has through his three tweets during the last 24 hours while termed this action as highly arbitrary, undesirable and objectionable he has catagorically accused the leaders at the helm of compromising national security with a question mark? tweeting: In the era of rocketting oil prices, LPG cylinders @ 800 ( doubled since this able government has taken over) Dollar about to hit century etc.??? Now national security compromised? is disheartening. WHY not the government wake up by downsizing the cabinet / their perks/ salary ?

The earlier two tweets say: PROUD OF OUR ARMED FORCES, one of the top five larger armies of the world… Recent news of the downsizing of our great Indian Army in the nameof COST CUTTING is not desirable rather too objectionable.

Another tweet adds: The Indian Army recognized worldwide for its dedication and utmost professionalism, should be given its due Reason of Downsizing , should be based on facts and figures and should not be arbitrary?

Sounds ironical, why is the BJP leadership not courageous enough to act for these repeated violations?
