Simple Diet Tips To Always Be Fit
Breakfast within 2 hours of waking up and dinner 2 hours before going to sleep.
Only papaya allowed as dinner if the gap between dinner and sleep time less than 2 hours.
Fruits always on an empty stomach, never with tea, coffee or after meals.
Do not mix two types of protein (daal, paneer, rajma, soya, dahi, chicken, etc.)
No pickle, papad, salty packaged food, and raw salt on salad or chutney or dahi. No roasted namkeens.
Keep oil in cooking to a minimum.
When diet say daal/veg, it means either daal OR vegetable and NOT both together.
Warm milk before sleep is gold… But without sugar.
Do not sleep immediately after lunch.
Eat slowly so that your brain gets enough time to realize that your stomach is full.
