Can Storytelling Become A Profession? Can Storytelling Be Learnt?

The answer is ‘yes’ to both questions.
I never knew what storytelling was 3.5 yrs ago.

It was a gloomy day in my life when I started to write my failure stories on Linkedin. I did not even know it was storytelling. I started to write to inspire myself & give myself hope, to fight my demons in my head. I was failing at everything in my life.

As I wrote more I started to get clarity in my head & started to feel better about myself. Slowly the fears started to go away, I started to enjoy the process of changing myself. But the best part was it was not just impacting me but all those who began reading my stories.

But it all started with me. I started to follow DOTS(Do One Thing Surely) & just write stories. I started with an hour every day to several hours a day. I never started writing for views so I just continued even when no one was reading.

Before I knew I had millions of people reading my stories. Slowly people started to write to me & I started to share their stories. I became a medium & a Storyteller.

As I spoke to more people I realized through Storytelling I was building a bond with strangers. They could see themselves through my stories.
