Thala Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai confirmed to release on THIS date

Thala Ajith’s upcoming drama Nerkonda Paarvai has been confirmed to hit screens on August 10. Earlier, the makers were planning to release the film on May 1 to coincide with the occasion of Ajith’s birthday. However, due to a minor delay in the production, they had to postpone the release. News about the postponement of Nerkonda Paarvai emerged when Sivakarthikeyan’s Mr Local team announced their film’s release date as May 1. Now, the makers have officially confirmed August 10, Saturday as the release date of the Thala Ajith film.
The shooting of the film is currently progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad, and the makers are planning to shoot non-stop until mid-April. Directed by Vinoth, who made an assured sophomore feature in Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Nerkonda Paarvai has Shraddha Srinath reprising the role played by Taapsee Pannu in the original Hindi superhit, Pink. Ajith reprises the role of Amitabh Bachchan in the movie, which is expected to be wrapped up before the end of May
Jointly produced by Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios, Nerkonda Paarvai has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. 2.0 cinematographer Nirav Shah cranks the camera for the film. The team will take a brief by mid-April and come back to Chennai to fulfill the voting duties for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
