Total TV survey puts BJP on the top, Congress 2nd n AAP on third postion in vote share percentage in Delhi
BJP HAS AN UPPER HAND IN DELHI, FOLLOWED BY CONGRESS WITH AAP A DISTANT THIRD as per the Total TV Survey
A latest survey of the total TV opinion poll has shown startling results about AAP at the lowest pedestral, the political party ruling Delhi that came into existence out of the anti corruption crusader Anna Hazaare’s movement against corruption let loose by the then ruling Congress parties at the centre as well as in Delhi.
The Aam Aadmi Party led by Arvind Kejrival formed government in Delhi securing a historic majority winning 67 seats with BJP just three n Congress nil.
The Total TV survey showing mood of the Delhi electorates is definitely the reason for immense jubiliation for both the BJP and Congress parties who have been given 39.02% n 32.83% votes respectively against the 23.95% vote share of AAP with others getting merely 6.21%.
While opinion polls can’t be relied upon always but there have been instances when they have proved to be true. But it usually depends on the credibility of the agencies involved in the opinion poll exercises as well.
If this survey of Total TV is to be believed, at least in the context of the national elections which are just three months ahead then the Bhartiya Janata Party is definitely on the upward trend then both the Congress n AAP.
In the last assembly elections despite BJP losing badly in Delhi had kept its vote share of 34 to 36% intact while the AAP had won in Delhi intruding upon the Congress Party’s majority vote bank.
But if the vote share of both Congress n AAP are counted together the total vote share comes to 65% in Delhi against the 39% vote share of BJP.
This clearly indicates that if there is an electoral understanding between both these anti BJP parties as was being thought or talked about earlier not only will the AAP Congress tie up win majority of seats in Delhi out of total seven parliamentary seats but can also form government in Delhi in 2020.
But the recent decision of AAP and Congress to contest separately in the parliamentary elections of Delhi is definitely a good news for BJP to celebrate.
Sounds hypocritical that on the one hand all the non BJP opposition parties are talking of national unity on mutual n amicable seat adjustments to unitedly n formidably fight the ruling party in the run up to the 2019 elections, on the other hand they are fighting each other unambiguously benefitting the saffron party.
The case in point is UP n Delhi n may be some other states in future as well, where BSP SP, Congress, BJP and AAP would be fighting against each other in a multi corned contest unambiguously helping the BJP paving way for its re come back.at the centre.
In his twitter handle the former Delhi State Bhartiya Janata Party President Satish Upadhyay tweeted : KYON@ Arvind Kejrivalji. HOW IS THE JOSH? Ye to Aaj ka hai. Chunav mein to ” AAP” ko aur buri haar milegi. ( Howsthat @ Arvind Kejrivalji, How is the excitement? This is today’s. In elections ” AaP” is bound to loose more badly.
What’s your take friends?
