Cucumber and Tomato Cooler
Ingredients needed: 1 cup chopped cucumber, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 lemon juice, A pinch of salt.
Let’s juice it up.
- First, put the chopped cucumber and tomato into a blender and give it a spin.
- Now, pour it into a glass and add lemon juice
- Then add a pinch of salt and stir it well.
- Enjoy the healthy drink.
Gingery Carrot Juice
Ingredients needed: 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped apples, 1/2 inch ginger root, 1 tablespoon lime juice, a pinch of salt.
Let’s juice it up.
- Chop the carrots, apple, and ginger root and put all into the blender and blend it.
- Strain the juice into a glass.
- Then add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Enjoy drinking it.
Cabbage and Lemon Juice
Ingredients needed: 1 cabbage, A handful on mint leaves, 1 Tbsp honey, lemon juice.
Let’s juice it up.
- Peel the leaves of the cabbage and wash well with cold water and then pat dry.
- Chop the cabbage and throw it in a blender. Also, add the mint leaves into it.
- Blend it well and strain it and add honey and lemon.
- Enjoy the detox fluid.
Bottle Gourd, Amla and Mint Juice
Ingredients needed: 1/2 bottle gourd, peeled; 3-4 amla, chopped; 1 sprig mint leaves; 1/2 inch ginger; Rock salt to taste.
- Blend the bottle gourd along with a little water, amla, ginger, fresh mint leaves, and rock salt.
- Strain and pour it into a glass.
- Drink immediately.
