Hidamba Devi Temple

Hidamba was the wife of Bheem of Mahabharata and her temple is built up in Manali. It is made up of wood and stone. It was constructed in 1553 which is located in middle of the Dhungri Park. A shrine of Ghatotkacha is also built up in Hidamba temple it is the most surprising feature of the temple. According to epic Mahabharta Pandvas stayed in Himachal during their exile and Hidamba’s brother attacked pandavas but Bheem killed him in the fight and later married to his sister Hidamba.

Rohtang Pass

It is a snow covered mountain located on the highway to Leh. It is opened for a limited period of time from June to October every year so if you want to see this exotic place then you should plan your vacations accordingly. It is located at a height of 3979 meters with awesome views of glaciers, mountain and chandra river.

Manikaran

It is a famous pilgrim destination of Hindus and Sikhs where people go to see and dip in the natural spring of hot Sulphur water which heals lots of diseases. It is near to Manali and you can visit this place by car and comeback to your hotel in Manali in the evening.

Solang Valley

It is very near to Manali and located between beas kund and solang valley it is famous for its adventurous sports including skiing, parachuting, paragliding. It is 14 km far from Manali and is a side valley at the top of Kullu valley.
